Protection and hygiene concept

(due to changes of the official hygiene requirements the measures at the Tagung can change at any time)
DESINFECTION
For the quick hygiene measure in between, we have disinfectant dispensers ready for you all over the conference grounds.
E-TICKETS
Fair tickets are sold exclusively online, after registration by name and for a specific day. This means for you: no waiting at the cash registers and no cash payment. At the entrance and exit, the tickets are scanned.
HEALTH
We do everything we can to ensure that everyone is still healthy on their way home from the 2021 KWF Tagung – help us with this and stay at home with symptoms of a COVID-19 infection.
DISTANCING
We know that for each of you, compliance with the minimum distance of 1.50 m (1,6 ft.) and the cough and sneeze etiquette is already daily routine. Nevertheless, we would like to remind you of this via signs with the currently valid hygiene measures on the conference grounds.
FOOD AND DRINKS
Our caterers take care of all given hygiene measures when preparing and selling food. In order to make it easy for you when ordering, we have placed clearly visible markings on the floor to ensure the required minimum distance. Seats can be found with sufficient distance mainly outdoors.
EXCURSION
In the shuttle service coaches on our excursion circuit, as in all public transport, the obligation to wear a mouth-nose cover is required to protect you and others. In addition, the entrance is only possible via the front door, the exit only via the back door.
INFORMATIONS
Notice boards, announcements and the trade fair app ensure that visitor crowds are avoided and that the general rules are adhered to. For your protection and for your carefree visit to the conference.
In addition, the KWF recommends the use of the „Corona Warn App“.
REGULATIONS FOR EXHIBITORS
Our exhibitors have planned sufficient space and orderly running paths in the conception of their stand concept. If this is not possible, the exhibitors take care that there are not too many people on their stand at the same time. The staff is equipped with adequate protective equipment.
Our exhibitors also provide you with the possibility of hand disinfection on their stands.
In order not to endanger you by smear infections, our exhibitors will only hand out information brochures or promotional gifts to you in person and clean their stands regularly.
